Hiiii! My name is Jaleah!! I'm currently studying graphic design at Towson University, and I chose graphic design because I am just an artist through and through. It's something I took a heavy interest in, especially because growing up, my dad was a graphic designer. I also do a lot of other things. I have a clothing brand, and I've just started making clothes from scratch, which is really fun. I like to... I really just like every medium of art, to be honest. The reason I'm taking World Wide Web is because it's obviously a requirement, but also, I find the idea of being able to code your own website and create something in general is just so cool. That definitely comes from the fact that I'm an artist through and through. I love being able to create things and see an idea turn into something real. When it comes to things I like to do outside of class, I love hanging out with my friends and my family, my immediate family for the most part. I really, genuinely just love hanging out with my friends. I'm really grateful for all the friends that I have and the friends that I do have because I have really deep connections with all of my friends. As for responsibilities I have outside of class, I'm a business owner, of course, so I have to juggle doing a lot of DIY projects to make stuff. I sell a lot of art at events and a lot of things that I make. So, having to do homework, go to school, juggle time for creation to make money every month, and then also work in the screen process room as a monitor because I hand-screen-print my own clothes is definitely a lot. That's something that I've fallen into, and it's really fun. And yes, I am from Maryland! I've lived in Maryland my entire life, and to be honest, I love Maryland. I've always wanted to move to New York, and I definitely will try to do that eventually, but Maryland is really home, so that's nice.
