Graphic Design Major - Towson University

Hello! My name is Amber Carey and I am a transfer student here at Towson University. I transferred to TU from Harford Community College in Spring of 2016 with two AA's. One is Graphic Design and one in Digital Art. I am pursuing my BFA in Graphic Design at TU and hope to graduate by Fall 2017. I am originally from Harford County, Maryland but I moved here from Delta, Pennsylvania when I was little to be closer to family. Outside of class my life is pretty simple, I watch Netflix, hang out with friends and family, and I enjoy video games and reading books when I can.

I currently work for a small business stationery/printing company called Preston's Stationery in Harford County. They specialize in wedding invitations but also cover other needs like business cards or birthday invitations and much more. So check them out if you are ever in town! My artwork has been interesting to view as I further my learning through Towson and when I was at Harford Community College. They have both taught me so much and I hope to learn more as I finish toward my BFA and in my career.
