Due date: May 21 (Tuesday), the last day of exams
note: due in 4 weeks

Assignment:

Design something that's interactive

Goals:

-Be creative, and think of an interesting idea
-Plan it, design it, then make it happen
-Make something for your portfolio

Things to think about:

What do YOU want to make?
Will it be for fun, or purely informative?
What will it look like?
How much text will there be?
Will there be sound?
Who is your audience?
Who would want to look at this project?

Things ryanSmith doesn't want you to do:

Do not make a project consiting of random projects from other classes.
If the project is self-promotional, then make it about a few series of your works in a limitted media.

Do not make a project about a mainstream band, musician or visual artist.
You can, however, make a project about your friend's band or an unknown artist.

Requirements:

*try to use original artwork made by you, or "uncopyrighted" material

- It needs to have things that you click on, mouse over, and/or drag to make stuff happen.
- It needs to work.
- This thing should look amazing.
- If you are not comfortable drawing it in Flash, then build it by hand or with other programs.
